I’ve been working on using a hall effect sensor to replace the PCS and the Dodge P-Pump sensors. Hall effect sensors use non-contact technology so they last longer and usually provide cleaner signals. I have one installed in my Dodge right on the p-pump, but it outputs a descending, high to low volt signal, which works fine with my aftermarket controller. The Allison system currently only works with an ascending, low to high volt signal. Make sure you subscribe to this thread if you want to know when an option update is available.
