It’s brand new so it may be a short time before alternate flanges are made, but I will report here after it has been used with a Ford or Dodge 271,273 and others. At $825 it’s cheaper and way better than other alternatives you may have heard about or seen. Change the input shaft in your t-case with a NP 261 XHD GM input shaft which interchanges in most popular transfer cases, install the 49 spline GM tone ring on the end of the input shaft (which light press fits right on with no machine work on most input shafts), and bolt your original transfer case on.
